Exciting News from Agrimedica’s R&D Department in Akkar, Lebanon!

Our seed trials in the greenhouses of Akkar, Lebanon, have successfully concluded, the aim of which included providing valuable insights into the performance of winter varieties of tomatoes. Through careful evaluation under controlled conditions, we identified high-performing varieties suited for different growing conditions with superior yield potential, resilience, and quality, contributing to enhanced agricultural practices and improved crop yields. To share these valuable insights at the end of this research, we hosted a field day, bringing together farmers and agricultural specialists in the Akkar region to showcase the results. Attendees had the opportunity to observe the thriving crops firsthand, discuss findings with our experts, and explore how these improved varieties can enhance future cultivation practices and choices.
